Heartcore

May 25, 2012 Yeeep. May 25th marks the anniversary of Heartcore, and this year marks year 3. Neat! I'm not 100% positive, but I believe this is my longest running project, and I am no where NEAR being out of steam. Onto 3 more years, and then some! As you can see, I did a little doodle to celebrate c:

Will there be any new developments? Well, I intend to completely rehaul chapter 1 hopefully sometime this year. I have learned a LOT in this process, both in drawing and story telling/pacing, but I also don't want it to impede updates for Heartcore's current arc, so we'll see how that goes! - TLWelker

May 11, 2012 WHOO, a LOT of new things on this page! The 'Frankie Says Relax' is a triple reference - I love the 80's song/controversy shirts, one of my favorite sitcoms (Malcolm in the Middle) had this shirt used as an awkward hand-me-down, AND the third reference is something I won't reveal just yet!

We also learn more about Carval's demon type. I've drawn Carval with those bombs several times, so it's time to see them in action! Despite their blood color, salamander demons literally have fire flowing through their veins! This makes it a bad idea to do any attack against them that could lead to bloodletting - but crazed salamander demons are likely to injure themselves to tap into this ability anyway! It's very safe to assume Carval did so in order to get those bottles. - TLWelker

February 17, 2012 CHAPTER ENNNND~ And if you recall, the last two chapters have started with Ryo and co., will this be the chapter where they all finally meet? Huhuhuuu~

It'll be a short bit before I leap into the next chapter, as it's a DOOZY. I'll still be updating, though! I have several side bits and illustrations in mind, as well as needing to catch up on a few things! - TLWelker
